The Role

We're looking for a passionate and strategic Technical Writer with experience in B2C SaaS that can communicate complex technical concepts to tech and non-tech savvy users simply and effectively.

You’ll create high-quality, engaging, and informative content tailored to the needs of fiction writers, storytellers, and creatives—focused on reducing product friction and driving feature adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Turn customer insights and knowledge into clear, helpful, and engaging public support articles, long-form guides and series, scripts, and other ****written content ****without sacrificing voice or quality.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and other key stakeholders to align on strategy and priorities.
• Drive feature adoption and reduce friction through short how-to articles, long-form guides, series of articles, and other written formats.
• Collaborate with the Content team to identify channels where technical content can be distributed or reused to achieve feature adoption goals, as well as other areas of collaboration.
• Stay on top of writing trends and the needs of the creative writing community.

What We’re Looking For

• Native English speaker.
• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, with a voice that resonates with creative audiences.
• 2+ years of experience writing technical content for B2C SaaS companies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Experience, and/or Development teams.
• A data-informed mindset—you’re comfortable using analytics to make decisions and measure success.
