📋 The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to own and drive our organic social media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Set social media strategy: Lead the strategy and execution of organic social marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with wider company goals.
- Own all stages of social post management: Plan content, run and optimize content, analyze performance of posts, and report back to the marketing team on performance.
- Drive measurable impact: Collaborate with our data and marketing teams to develop measurable KPIs. Use these to assess organic social media performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyze and optimize: Dive deep into each post’s performance data to uncover insights, inform decisions, and scale what works. Present actionable recommendations to the marketing team.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with the wider marketing team to align social media strategies with marketing objectives. Learn insights from other channel owners that can improve organic social media performance, and share insights in return.
- Delight customers: Focus on running content that resonates with our creative writer viewers, driving brand and product love, and ultimately building loyal advocates.
- Stay ahead of trends: Keep pace with best practices in organic social marketing, such as new formats and platforms, and implement improvements to ensure we remain innovative.
