Position Overview:
ProWritingAid is seeking a talented and creative copywriter with a background in creative writing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing and UX copy that resonates with our audience of creative writers.
Your ability to write persuasive landing pages, engaging emails, and impactful paid ads will be important in driving our marketing efforts. Additionally, you will ensure our UX copy is clear, concise, and enhances the user experience.
A background or deep understanding of creative writing (fiction) is essential, as our product is designed to support and empower writers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and write marketing copy for landing pages, emails, and paid advertisements.
- Create clear and user-friendly UX copy that enhances the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
- Conduct research to understand our target audience and their needs.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure it aligns with brand voice and guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and creative writing.
- Test and optimize copy for performance and conversion rates.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Experience and qualifications:
- Native English speaker.
- Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably in a marketing or UX capacity.
- Strong portfolio showcasing marketing and UX copy.
- Background or deep understanding of creative writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write compelling and engaging copy for different formats and audiences.
