Responsibilities:
As our Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will:
- Shape and execute the customer journey: Lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing initiatives across key stages—onboarding, nurture, retention, and upsell.
- Own campaign management: Build and manage email and in-app campaigns, including blast and triggered communications. Oversee all campaign aspects: calendar planning, segmentation, approvals, QA, and A/B testing.
- Drive measurable impact: Collaborate with data analyst and product teams to develop measurable KPIs such as upsell rates, churn reduction, and engagement metrics. Use these to assess campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Analyse and optimise: Dive deep into campaign performance data to uncover insights, inform decisions, and scale what works. Present actionable reporting to teams and leadership.
- Work cross-functionally: Partner closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to align lifecycle strategies with company-wide goals. Use insights from collaboration to create an integrated communication calendar.
- Delight customers: Focus on creating campaigns that enhance user value, drive brand and product love, and ultimately build loyal advocates.
- Stay ahead of trends: Keep pace with best practices in lifecycle marketing, particularly within the email and in-app ecosystem, and implement improvements to ensure we remain innovative.
