We believe that our people are our biggest asset, and we are looking for a dynamic Head of People to join our Leadership Team. This role blends strategic people management with hands-on coaching to foster a high-performing, engaged, and empowered team.
As the Head of People, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving employee experience, and ensuring seamless HR and operational processes. You will act as a trusted coach to leaders and employees, fostering a culture of continuous development and high performance. Additionally, you will oversee people-related operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and scalability as we grow.
As we are a small team, this role requires a balance between tactical execution and strategic development in HR. You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, including essential paperwork and compliance, while also playing a key role in shaping and driving the company's broader HR strategy to align with business objectives.
